How we handle the data you submit through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we store the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), your message, whether you requested the whitepaper, and the time of submission. Each submission generates a random download token; the token itself contains no personal data.
How we use it
We use your details exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if you opted in, to send you the whitepaper and occasional updates on battery retrofits. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Form submissions are retained in a local ledger for correspondence records and deleted on request.
Whitepaper links
Download links are unique per submission, held in server memory only, and expire automatically 24 hours after they are issued. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; see Google’s privacy policy for details on font serving. No analytics or tracking cookies are used on this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@voltenberg.com.
